Aaren San, my different point of view!

I experienced in the last weeks a very stressful week for a hardcore online player like me.  Anyway – my sister got my account data for this Lotro Account and changed all data (address, name, birthdate, email and so on…) after my vacation in the mountains (snowboarding, fun, no stress)  I returned and tried to play my loved game and I had to experience, that my account was locked or better banned!! WHAAAAAAAAAT – after researching and lots of emails with Codemasters I recognized, that my sister changed everything and therefore Codemasters locked my account because they thought I had sold my Lotro Account. Which is not true at all – but Codemasters is not unlocking my account although I had proven my innocence!!

Now I had in real a dozen of eMail conversations with Codemasters!! In my eyes I’m really disappointed with Codemasters although I have proven my innocence, although I proven my authentication and so on…

NO CHANCE Codemasters is really customers unfriendly in that case, maybe there are bad gamers out there but with this behaviour people who are innocence will be juged wrongful!!!!

CODEMASTERS please reactivate my account.

If you guys experienced the same “shit” with Codemasters like myself, don’t hesitate to write your feelings down, for CODEMASTERS!

So for everyone out there – NEVER EVER change your account informations in Lotro, not if you are changing your living location nor changing your name when married. The only thing that you can do is changing your email address, but be careful or ask Codemasters.

This is really bad advertisement for CODEMASTERS! Thanks for that! Thanks for all the lost money I’d spent into this game, I’d spent to CODEMASTERS. Thanks for the lost time I spent with it. In that case I will never ever buy a CODEMASTERS game at all and call upon you gamers out there to do the same – because of this bullshit behaviour, treating good and serious customers like criminals – because tomorrow it can happen to you!
